Return & Refund Policy
Ideally, we would not like our valuable customers to leave unhappy or unsatisfied but even if after all our efforts, a customer is willing to have a refund for his/her order; we do have a facility of refund as per the refund policy described as below:Our returns are free of charge as we really want you to enjoy your August Collectives products. However please follow these guidelines:
- If you wish to return any item, keep the original inner and outer packing and pack the goods the same way you received them.
- Place a return request for damaged or defective goods within 24 hours of receipt of goods. Raise a return request by writing an email to merch@augustcollectives.com.
- Note: For damaged and defective products, please share the product images along with the packaging images on merch@augustcollectives.com and our support team will get back to you for your refund processing.
- It will be difficult to support returns as mentioned below:
If the return request is made after the specified time frame ( 24 hours after receipt of damaged and defective). - Anything missing from the package like the price tag, accessories, labels, original packing, etc.
- Product is damaged due to misuse, physical damage or any other damage done by human error, etc.
- We do not accept returns for products which have been purchased on sale.
- Hand over the goods in the original packing to the courier. This is important as it'll minimise chances of damage en route to us.
- Once we receive the item/s back in good condition and your refund request has been validated, we will send you an email authorizing a refund. Once you receive the email, it will take up to 7-10 working days for the refund to reflect in your card / net - banking account.In case you used a gift card to make the payment for this order, your gift card will be credited back with this amount.
